Returning to the Royal Opera House Muscat (ROHM) stage, Puccini’s famously poignant opera brings to life a beautiful love story set in the Latin quarter of Paris. Rodolfo, a young writer, and Mimì, a seamstress, are captivated by ‘love at first sight’, but the smooth path of true love is battered by crippling poverty and illness. This beautifully staged co-production between ROHM and Opéra de Monte Carlo will be directed by Jean-Louis Grinda with Sonya Yoncheva as Mimì, Liparit Avetisyan as Rodolfo, Hasmik Torosyan as Musetta, and Markus Werba as Marcello. Pre-performance talk one hour prior to the show. For ticket holders only.
