The Royal Opera House Muscat’s annual concert dedicated to
the impressive ‘King of Instruments’, the magnificent ROHM pipe
organ, will present music from the four ages of music – the Baroque
(Bach, Zipoli, Luchinetti, Vivaldi), Classical (Mozart), Romantic
(Elgar, Saint-Saëns, Guilmant) and Modern (Emerson, Barber).
The organ will be heard solo, with an orchestra, chamber groups,
a second organ, pianos and drums. The Concert will demonstrate
the range and versatility of ROHM’s beautifully decorated, custombuilt
pipe organ, a powerful and versatile instrument with 4,542 pipes.
