The annual concert dedicated to the impressive ‘King of Instruments’, the magnificent ROHM pipe organ, will present music from the four ages of music – the Baroque, Romantic, Classical and Modern eras.

Intermission:  20 minutes

Part 2: 42 minutes

The Royal Opera House Muscat’s annual concert dedicated to the impressive ‘King of Instruments’, the magnificent ROHM pipe organ, will present music from the four ages of music – the Baroque (Bach, Zipoli, Luchinetti, Vivaldi), Classical (Mozart), Romantic (Elgar, Saint-Saëns, Guilmant) and Modern (Emerson, Barber). The organ will be heard solo, with an orchestra, chamber groups, a second organ, pianos and drums. The Concert will demonstrate the range and versatility of ROHM’s beautifully decorated, custombuilt pipe organ, a powerful and versatile instrument with 4,542 pipes.
