A SOUL STIRRING PORTUGUESE MUSIC CONCERT

Cristina Branco, one of the most important artists of fado, weaves traditional song with jazz. Having launched her career in Holland, she achieved critical success which saw her tour Europe with sold-out dates in countless cities. In 2022, she celebrated her 25th career anniversary, releasing Amoras Numa Tarde de Outono, an album in collaboration with the pianist João Paulo Esteves da Silva. With a total of 18 albums to her name, her most recent work Mãe was released in September 2023, and is a stunning acoustic mastery of the tradition, confirming Cristina Branco as one of the most internationally celebrated performers of the Portuguese music scene.
