Accademia Stauffer Cremona presents a concert with an ensemble of esteemed
string players performing The Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi and Four Seasons of Buenos Aires by Astor Piazzolla. The Stauffer Centre for Strings is renowned for producing the highest calibre of string players, supporting the traditional Cremonese violin making and research in the field of musicology. Founded in 1985, the Academy’s alumni include internationally renowned soloists, established chamber music ensembles and concertmasters of some of the most prestigious orchestras, such as Francesca Dego, Anna Tifu and Laura Marzadori.
