Performing two special evenings of sacred Sufi Praise and Inshaad are music ensembles from across the region dedicated to performance in prayer. These peaceful and respectful evenings of prayerful thought are presented in two unique concerts by the Areej Ensemble of Oman and Syrian artists from Sheikh Hamed Dawood Group and the Whirling Dervishes of Damascus, followed by Al Zawya Band of Omani and Monshedeen Masr with the soloist Munshid Mahir Ismael and the conductor Mohammed Osman from Egypt for the second evening. The House of Musical Arts offers audiences a serene event, celebrating this rich and diverse genre of Inshaad which is performed throughout the Arab world.
