In a delightful presentation of special interest to families and children, the Royal Opera House Muscat is presenting Pagagnini a comical educational show themed on Niccolò Paganini, the most celebrated violin virtuoso of the nineteenth century. Paganini was also a violist, guitarist, and composer. Paganini's super-extraordinary talent gave him mythic status that endures to this day.
And now, through clever comedy, the music of Paganini is made more accessible to young audiences. Paganini's genius, his complex music and dazzling virtuosity come alive as if with blazing fire in this masterful, highly entertaining show. Four multi-talented musicians play, dance, jump, laugh, cry and interact with the audience as they perform fabulous compositions from Paganini as well as from Mozart, Pachelbel, Chopin, Boccherini, de Falla, Sarasate. To top it off, the four stars add a little pop, rock and folk to their hilarious agenda.
