Young Ambassador

Welcome Performance

The Royal Opera House Muscat aims to engage young students from all over the country who have never visited the building or attended a performance. Newcomers under the age of eighteen will receive four free tickets to attend shows with their families and have an unforgettable experience as they meet the artists and an expert personal guide provides entertaining tips and educational resources.

You can become a special Young Ambassador, one who takes his or her ROHM experience around the country in search of new Young Ambassadors.

Internships And Volunteering

University and college students are involved every year in training programmes in ROHM’s various departments such as administration, staging, lighting, sound, programming, education and marketing. This is a great opportunity for students to learn in situ with highly qualified professionals.

Childcare Service

Bring the kids with you!
 
People with young children rarely attend the theatre. ROHM will offer to patrons a childcare service for children aged 4 to 10 years for the length of the performance. The childcare area will be in a rehearsal space and children will be watched and entertained by young professional artists and childcare educators playing games and inventing educational activities. Parents and children will enjoy going to the theatre, living their own personal experiences.
